Sande → Vestfossen

This piece of road starts from Sande in Vestfold a small village surrounded by farmland. Small 60 kmt stretch up to Hanekleiva where the fun begins. Pretty steep climb with serpentine corners and small stretches calls for a truly exiting experience even within Norwegian speed limits. After the crossroad towards Eidsfoss the road opens up and you will find long opening sweepers which begs for some speed. Check out if you can control yourself. Eidsfoss has an old “kro” for a small snack and or lunch. Further on the road continues along the lake Eikeren, where you can enjoy twists, turns, dips and crests. Be aware of bicycles and slower traffic. On warm days and during weekends expect heavy traffic. Still a remarkable piece of road. End up in Vestfossen for a cup of espresso at the local art laboratory, and enjoy life as such😎
