Escape the City

This road trip starts in a leisurely fashion in the Rhine-Main region and takes you directly into the Odenwald low mountain range past castles, such as Otzberg Castle, and small rivers. The route begins with a very well-constructed and unrestricted motorway from which you will head on to winding and hilly country roads. From Amorbach, the route will see you continue further in the direction of Miltenberg on mostly well-constructed and sufficiently wide roads. On your way back to the Rhine-Main region, you can enjoy the view of Breuberg Castle, from where you will continue back to the A3 via a wide A-road (risk of traffic depending on the time of day).
