Col de Vars
Col de Vars is practically a Tour de France "veteran". It has been part of the tour 33 times, most recently in 2006. It connects the Ubaye Valley with the Queyras Valley and the town of Embrun over the Parpaillon mountain. The pass is located at an altitude of 2,108 meters and is open from May to October.
