Crawford Notch (Attitash to Bretton Woods)

Een geweldige autoroute in het White Mountain National Forest, van het Attitash Mountain Resort in Bartlett, via Crawford Notch, naar het historische Mount Washington Hotel in Bretton Woods. Dit is essentieel het beste deel van Route 302, en de stijging van de hoogtewinst in Crawford Notch is vermakelijk. Het landschap is ook niet slecht, vooral met de top naar beneden op een late lente- of vroege herfstdag. Het ligt immers in het White Mountain National Forest. De foto toont het Mount Washington Hotel in het vroege voorjaar, met nog steeds sneeuw op de top van Mount Washington.
