Erzgebirgskamm
This route leads from Graslitz in the west to Zinnwald in the east of the Erzgebirge. The route leads along narrow and winding side roads, along typical and sometimes bizarre avenues of rowanberries and wooded apple trees, exclusively on Czech territory along the ridge of the Erzgebirge mountains, past rushing forests and idyllic mountain meadows. The ridge region near the German-Bohemian border is only sparsely populated and thus offers enough free space for ambitious motorists. Highlight is the Keilberg, the highest mountain of the Erzgebirge with 1244 m. But also other places offer wonderful views. If you like serpentines, you can descend to the south into the Egertal at any time. Caution: in winter some sections may not be cleared and closed!
