Col De Braus
The Col de Braus mountain pass acts as a link between the small town of Sospel, located on the French branch of the Tendabahn railway, and L’Escarène. It is 1,002m above sea level. Anyone stopping at the summit will discover the monument to the racing cyclist, René Vietto, who once selflessly handed his bike to his team leader during the Tour de France in 1934, thereby allowing him to win the tour.
