Turn, turn, turn…

This route from Montvernier to Pontamafrey-Montpasca is only 3.5 kilometers long. But it uses this relatively short distance to full effect. Consisting of some 20 small laces, that gave the road its name, making their way down a mountain ridge, it doubtlessly is one of the mostspectacular roads of the Savoy department. If you really like to work your car and the steering wheel you will surely get much more joy mileage from this road than from many other much longer stretches.
